I would recommend that you call your Dr's office and let them know what is going on. It could be that it is something else causing your symptoms. Only your Dr could really make the decision whether you should continue on with the treatment or to try something else. I think you should have shown some improvement by now, if the symptoms were due to Candida infection (or thrush). Give your Dr a call asap.
