Males tend to grow until they are at least 18 and sometimes even longer than that. One of the guys I went to school with my whole life grew several inches in college. I didn't recognize him at our reunion because he had gotten so tall. Puberty actually lasts for years.

My son (14) is also on growth hormone and his doc just told us for him to take Femara. It is a estrogen inhibitor which will stop his bones from fusing so he could have more time to grow. It is mainly used for breast cancer patients because it stops the production of estrogen. Estrogen, I just learned is what stops a male from growing taller and causes the bones to fuse. Hope this helps. We are going to try this. He is 5.1 now and because of his parents heights his goal is to be 5.11. He has only been on GH for 3 months and has already grown an inch which the doctor said is excellent.
