Is this a reasonable and effective substitution for Miralax, senna and pericolace?
Nothing seems to work consistently or has unacceptable side effects especially MIRALAX?

I have some suggestions: Have you tried one teaspoon of Baking Soda in Warm Water?Or you can try Acidophilus Milk. Or some good yogart like Actifed, that works and helps with the stomach pain and it works with ease. If this is a chronic condition use this at least once a day.
