Nortriptyline - does it also treat anxieity & pain attacks???

I don't think so. It is mainly used for major depression and chronic pain management. However, since it can be used to treat social phobia - perhaps it could be used for anxiety. I will try and find out for sure and get back to you.

I don't know much about anti-depressants. But like the other guy said it may help with anxiety
