... be back in my lymph nodes, lung again, & uterus. is this 'common reoccurences'? i've interested myself in different cancers quite awhile now, but wondering if anyone else has a 'reoccurence' similar..

The links given in the previous answer will not be helpful to you, as they point to articles on Small Cell Lung Cancer and you were asking about Non small cell lung cancer. The two are completely different types of lung cancer.

I have NSCLC and had surgery in December '08. I was declared "cancer free" only to have it metastasize to my spine and liver in May '09! So it definitely can "come back" after being surgically removed. Best regards to you.
