Both using the inhaler, I gave up first and 3 years later required Gall Bladder removal. My colleauge gave up smoking about 6 months later and also required gall bladder removal 3 years later... is this just a strange co-incidence or is it possible there a link between the use of an inhaler and gall bladder disease ?

It is most likely a strange coincidence...
There is no evidence to link the use of Nicotrol inhalers with gall bladder disease.
