The best things to help with cholesterol is omega's 3 & 6, the higher the mg's the better. You should eat fish at least 2-3 times a week, limit your fats and cholesterols, eat at least 1 ounce of nuts a day, (almonds, cashews, pecans, etc,)lower sodium are better for you, nuts have a lot if the good kind of fats in them and this will help.
