I have researched your question and are unaware of any prenatal vitamin that claims to increase your chance of getting pregnant.
It is a good idea to take a prenatal vitamin when trying to get pregnant. When you eat a well-balanced diet, take vitamins and exercise regularly, your body should run optimally. The healthier a woman is prior to getting pregnant, the better chances she will have for her body to support that pregnancy.
