Nervous about experiencing the side effects of Treximet. Do they really resolve quickly ?

I have been an Imitrex user since it became available in the US - both tablets and injections - almost 20 years ago. It has become less and less effective over the past 3 years so my prescriber gave me some samples of Treximet. It was not beneficial for me at all. I never had full resolution of a migraine although I did not experience any side effects from them. I am now trying Axert, in conjunction with daily Topamax, which is very slow to resolve and ususally takes more than the recommended dosage - which is not a good thing. But that's my problem ;-)
