Need help identifying small pink pills?

No markings on pills, but they are small, round pink pills that are white inside and they are in come in silver packaging with red colored writing that I believe is Japanese. Any help would be appreciated

It is extremely difficult to put a name to such pills or identify them, either a professional or a doctor/pharmacist might be of help
