My understanding is that naltrexone is very similar to naloxone, I don't know that for sure as we didn't talk about it in group, just from what I have read I surmised it. It is not really going to help getting off suboxone from what I understand, it will only block opiates and is being used to get off alcohol, somehow. Maybe Thor will see this. Patti
