Necon 1/35 - my doctor is making me take these 1 pill 3 times a day. is that safe? he said it's to?

I am very surprised that he did not do a pro-time. I would go to my primary physician and run it past him/her. Your ObGyn needs to be more proactive in your healthcare as there are many other doctors out there for you.
When you call your primary physician I would also ask about having a complete blood work up. If you are a smoker, I would quit right now. If you are taking any over the counter drugs or herbals I would tell my physician that too. Anything you can think of, even excessive alcohol.
