I am thinking of taking my thyroid med, Nature-Throid at bedtime to avoid calcium and iron that I take during the day. Nature-Throid should not be taken within 4 hours of calcium/iron. Bedtime might be best as the stomach will be empty but I do take an Ambien 3-4 times a month to get to sleep.

What are the instructions on the Throid? Usually it'll say to take in the AM. My problem with Ambien is it's only designed to help you get to sleep, not keep you there, so for me at night I always try not to take anything else that's going to make my system labor. Hope this helps.
