I take 4 oxycodone 310 mg per day for back pain

No. Oxycodone is an opioid pain reliever and naproxen is an anti-inflammatory or NSAID pain reliever. They both relieve pain but are very different in how they work. I take both every day and I find that my back pain is better relieved by taking both than taking either alone.

Naproxen is the same as Aleve, which is a NSAID. I don't think there is a problem mixing that with Oxy. You are taking the Oxy as either Roxicodone or the Time Released OxyContin I think, right. Because what you shouldn't mix Naproxen with is Tylenol aka acetaminophen. So you couldn't take Naproxen with Percocet because the Percs have acetaminophen in them.
Oxycodone and Naproxen should be fine.
