Naloxone - I just started on this medicine today does it reaaly help I feel ok and a little sick is?

I am looking for the same answer. Since you posted in July I was hoping you can clue me in. I have been on Methadone for years for pain and it was not helping the fibro pain at all but was taking care of the dysesthesia pain so my PM doc decided to try Naloxone. It has been a week tomorrow and I am so weak I can not get out of bed but the pain is better. Did your sickness go away?
