I suppose you'll be getting the vaccination before you go. So I'm not sure whether you intend to be pregnant by then or not. The statement below may help you understand your situation ... but also please talk to your doctor.
Vaccines may be harmful to an unborn baby and generally should not be given to a pregnant woman. However, not vaccinating the mother could be more harmful to the baby if the mother becomes infected with a disease that this vaccine could prevent. Your doctor will decide whether you should receive this vaccine, especially if you have a high risk of infection with yellow fever.

As this vaccine is contraindicated during pregnancy it is based on the theoretical that
it may do infection to the foetus but you are not pregnant now and you are planning
now so no pregnancy or missed cycle and pluses are more than disadvantages
I will suggest to take it as the UK health deparment advise that if pregnant woman
must travel to high risk area she should be vaccinated , since the risk from yellow fever
outweighs that of vaccination. it is better to take it now than in your pregnancy confirmed
in yhe following weeks or months.
