My wife's new neurologist added namenda 10 mg to exelon patch 9.5 mg, doesn't appear to help?

How long has your wife been taking Namenda? If it's only been, say, a week or two, I'd give it time to kick in. If it's been over a month, I'd take your wife back to the doctor to try another medication.
