Histex for allergies and 100mg Atenolol and Triam/HCTZ 37.5 for high bloodpressure This doesn't sound like a good mixture. And she is acting different.

You are right. The Histex your wife is taking contains a decongestant called pseudoephedrine which may increase blood pressure further in people with high blood pressure.
