Cefdinir is often prescribed to treat common bacterial infections, such as middle ear infections, sinus infections, tonsillitis, and bronchitis. The medication is part of a class of drugs called cephalosporins.
Cefdinir (Omnicef) is a prescription antibiotic, upto 3% who take this med have a common side effect of unexplained rashes. If the side effects are too bothersome, please seek remedies from the doc who prescribed the med to either alter/change the dose. Take care, & wish you son the best.
