My 13 year old son has Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH), and is taking Hydrocort (35mg per day), Fludrocortisone (1/2 of a 0.1 mg tab per day) and Metformin (one 500mg tab per day). Can I give him Tylenol Cold and Congestion Severe, without putting him in danger? Does any of his daily drugs contain Acetaminophen or a MAIO drug?

I realize this answer is very late but may help in future.
His normal/regular medicines don't contain acetaminophen or MAOI's. Did the doctors ever say that he shouldn't have acetaminophen, because it is present in Tylenol Cold and Congestion.
There medicines don't really have any major interactions so they would be alright to take together in a healthy person. I don't know however, whether it is okay in a patient who has adrenal hyperplasia.
Just to be cautious I would suggest that you talk to your doctor ... for future, and ask them what is appropriate to give for these conditions. All the best.
