Hey mwillimas,
There is no interaction between Coumadin and Abilify. Abilify is a medication that helps control mood swings. I can share that my sister, also a heart patient, takes Abilify and Coumadin without any problems. Although I am not a heart patient on Coumadin, I too take Abilify and have found it to be a very effective medication to control mood swings without much in the way of side effects.
