My question is..does Vistaril really help calm your anxiety?

im supposed to take it when i get anxiety about my OCD. But I have taken so many different prescriptived anxiety meds, so im thinking this med cant do the job

well in my personal opinion vistaril was a joke, it did nothing for me, but dont knock something untill you try it, because what works for some may or may not work for others.
