why aren't we supposed to shoot into scar, what will happen now?

You are best to inject into healthy skin where there is a layer of fat underneath - thighs, outer upper arms, stomach (away from the navel), or buttocks are best.
Try putting ice or a cold compress on the site. If it is particularly painful take an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen.
See your doctor if the pain and itchiness is bothersome.
