also he took a sudafed for allergies in the morning. He was drinking beer. He cannot stand up without feeling sick and/or vomiting. Should he go to the doctor or wait it out?

Thanks. He's still so sick today and can't get out of bed. If he stands up he feels like vomiting. He's lathargic and is itchy with pin point pupils. I am worried. He did however, urinate and has no labored breathing. We'll wait it out. Thanks again.
