Urinary urgency is a known side effect of Targretin and unfortunately nothing can be done to avoid it while he is still using Targretin. I'm sure the symptoms will resolve when he finishes using Targretin.
Do you know how long he needs to use it for?
Urogenital: albuminuria, hematuria, urinary incontinence, urinary tract infection, urinary urgency, dysuria, kidney function abnormal, and breast pain.
