He also has to take monotrate,Glucophage and nebivolol for a life time. These drugs give him a lot of acidity so he has been advised to take esomeprazole with these drugs. I have heard that esomeprazole should not be taken with clopidogrel. True? If so what side effects will he suffer?

Taking clopidogrel and esomeprazole together decreases the effectiveness of clopidogrel. It's best not to take these 2 medicines together.
