My husband has bullous pemphigoid and renal kidney failure. Plus he has latent TB What doctor?

... should he see to treat this. We really need your help. He is on Doxcyclin now-cannot take steroids because of his kidney

Either an infectious disease doctor, or a really good internal medicine doctor, maybe one associated with a teaching hospital.
