... early stages of being diagnosed. Why would they give him Tenex? Thank you for any help you can give me. And how do I find a support group for my daughter. She is beside herself of not knowing how to handle him sometimes. Please help!
My Grandson, who is 4 years old was prescribed Tenex. He MIGHT have Asperger's, however, still in?

Hello Gramma. Your grandsons doctor prescribed him Tenex, to ease, quiet his being hyper. I just answered a previous question on Asperger Syndrome. There are drugs from other drug families that he might be put on if the Tenex does not seem to help. As you mentioned, his diagnosis is in the early stages of his life and his doctor will be monitering his progress. I will look up, and post hopefully several organizations that can be a support for your daughter. I'll add it below this answer as a comment. Very best of wishes to you as well as your daughter and grandson, pledge
