My friend has been taking xanax and I was wondering how long he has to wait to take kava kava?

well he has been on xanax for a while and i was just wondering how long he has to wait after taking a xanax can he take the new stuff kava kava?

it depends if your friend is going through withdrawals from the xanax if they arent taken. if no withdrawals are present your friend should be able to switch to the kava kava (p.s. kava kava isnt nearly as strong as a benzo
