The suppliments are sod.sulph., sodium bicarb., sod. chloride, potassium clor. Recommedation are to keep deluted Klean prep in fridge for 5 days and drink each day 200 gramms this liquid. My quest is : is the supplements help against constipations and how harmfull they are. May be the best way to prepare only Polyethylen glycol every day (without keeping in a fridge). Which new products now in the market which can successfully substitute polyethylene glucol, more convinient to use and not so expencive
