Hi, i agree with Laurie, but just wanted to add that i used to take L-Tryptophan and was warned not to take it whilst taking amitriptyline (another anti-depressant) so it would be a good idea to check with your doctor about using it in the future. There are other natural sleep aids you can use, such as melatonin and valerian, but again check these are OK for you to take first.
