Finasteride has been used in some parts of the world (Europe) to treat acne but has yet to be approved in the US for this purpose.
Finasteride is an anti-androgen (blocks the effects of testosterone). It seems to be not quite as effective as other similar acne treatments eg flutamide and cyproterone acetate, but is better tolerated.
Finasteride should not be used in pregnant women.

Thanks for your replay. I took cyproterone but it wasn't effective for me. I am single but I afraid to take it and affect in future pregnancy and it cause some problems for pregnancy.
