My daughter was prescribed Clarifoam and we were told the generic was not available... is that true?
I called our local pharmacy to check on the generic being available and they said there wasn't a generic form of Clarifoam available... yet it is listed here. Why is that?

Your Pharmacy is correct. There is only the one brand of Clarifoam available.
I think you may have been confused - the "generic name" on this website refers to the name of the active ingredients of the brand... which is not the same as the name of a "generic product".

Actually, there is a new generic for Clarifoam that was just released, maybe in May. They had to order it from the warehouse, but we finally got it! And it was only $10!
