... although shoulders cleaned up a little - what worries me is that she has not had her periods since the treatment which ended a year a go( she is 14) - and also is this drug ok as i read on this website that it is not registered (why did the dermotolagist not prescribe Accutane which is much more recognised by this websites members)

Hello,
Accutane / Roaccutane - Isotretinoin, are the same medication.
There is something definetely wrong, it has been too long.
Call her gynecologist and her dermatologist.
