... have now she cannot take anything for her cramping but tylenal is there anything else she can take that does not react with cozaar?

You need to talk to her doctor if the cramps are bothersome. Anti-inflammatories eg. naproxen could be tried but would need to be carefully monitored because of effects on blood pressure, kidneys etc.
