My cholesterol is 225 (HDL 45, LDL 180)
High cholesterol -tried pravastatin & gemfibrozil, after 3 days was vomiting, what else can I try?

(Sorry) I got stomach cramps and threw up for ~ 2 hours
Although vomiting is not noted as a side effect of gemfibrozil and pravasatin ... they can both cause indigestion and heartburn, which may have caused vomiting. OR the vomiting may just be an isolated incident. If vomiting persists then please see your doctor.
