At times I begin to feel very cold and jittery, and when I've taken my temperature it's been very low. Just last week it dropped to 90.7F. It's been running consistently at 96.5F for at least a couple years. Growing up it was always pretty much 98.6F. Is this normal?
My body temperature has consistently been running around 96.5F or lower. Is that okay or normal?
