(The drug I'm speaking of is Pravastatin)
My blood sugers fall when I take this drug, why? And why is it taken at night not durring the day?

I do not know why your blood sugar levels fall when you take Pravastatin. Are you diabetic? Mention this to your doctor at your next visit.
Most statins (eg pravastatin) should be taken near bedtime as cholesterol consumption by the liver is highest during sleep.
