I do not know why your blood sugar levels fall when you take Pravastatin. Are you diabetic? Mention this to your doctor at your next visit.
Most statins (eg pravastatin) should be taken near bedtime as cholesterol consumption by the liver is highest during sleep.

I been on this drug for about 4weeks, I notice I am hungry more often, I be dizzy especially at night. Is this normal? Or should I be concern?
