... just unbarable chewing it takes me 2 to 3 hours to feed her a bottle that is 8 oz she also has a little bit of twitching and is constantly sticking her tongue out could this be cause for concern her doctor doesn't seem to think so and well i just want more opinions on the matter

Twitching and uncontrolled spasm sort of reactions are serious side effects of Reglan. Please take her to the doctor ... if you haven't done so already.
