My 6 year old grandson is on intuniv, risperidone and vyvanse, for ODD and ADHD. I am wondering if?

I have 2 sons that have both ADHD/ADD/ODD. They both take Concerta and Strattera. This has been the best combo for the past 5 years on the oldest and the past 3 years on the youngest. Recently with our youngest though, we tried to change the Concerta to Intuniv. Weight loss has been an issue. The Intuniv seemed to loose him in school, his behavior started to change slowly and more aggresively towards the end dose changes, and his anger got worse coming off of the Concerta. With all of that, we have gone back to Concerta and Strattera for him, everything is going good. The Concerta and Strattera are both taken in the am before school, it gets him through the day for schoolwork and lasts long enough to get him through homework. At night he is a bit difficult to work with, but we deal with it and hold him accountable to a point. There are no issues with sleep with him. He is 13. The oldest is now 16.
