Sounds like the vitamins are too strong or you are sensitive to them. Try taking a childrens chewable vitamin.

I agree with the above posts, try children's vitamins. I had a problem when I took my vitamins first thing in the morning. I'd get sick to my stomach and queasy. Then I started taking them after dinner and the problem went away. Give that a try too, take your vitamins later in the day after a good meal.
