Yes, it happened to me, I started useing mens rogaine foam 5% 6 months ago, as expected it was working, for I tryed the 2% spray many years ago and it worked, however all of a suddon ichy scalp, scalp sores & hives, also hives on my neck??? I quit using it to get better.
