I felt great for the first few months on Mobic, but lately my pain and stiffness has returned--- is the honeymoon over?

It's difficult to say whether the effectiveness of MObic is over for you. What dose are you taking?
With Mobic I haven't heard anyone discontinuing because it had stopped working ... they usually stop it if they have side effects. But maybe it is a possibility.
