Could these medications be the cause?
Mixing 600mg of Provigil with 800mg of tramadol... starting to have left flank pain?

you are taking to much Tramadol and you are in real danger of having seizures. Do you not know anything about the drugs you are abusing. You need to get that dose down to prescribed levels or you are in real danger of dying and I'm not screwing around when I tell you this...

Dave is right... I hope your name isn't indicative of your attitude towards these meds... they are extremely dangerous at those levels.
