What are you taking it for? And for how long? I've been told by my doctor that if it's not working at 0.75mg (I only take 0.125mg for RLS before bed) then its probably not the right medicine & to try something else. The max dose is 1.5 mg but you can only increase from 1.0 mg to 1.25... every 4-7 days on the advice of your doctor.
