I'm using minoxidil hair spray 5% from 4 months ago and I'm suffering from hairy ears & Bulging eyes and this is somthing new, do u think this could be caused by minoxidil??
and if i stop using it and start using natural treatment (oils) would my hair stay or it will go whatever I do??

Hairy ears and bulging eyes are possible side effects of minoxidil, because it can cause excessive hair growth in areas which don't normally have too much hair and it can cause ocular side effects such as visual disturbances, including decreased visual acuity... so bulging eyes may be related.
I can't say whether stopping this will resolve the side effects. I would recommend that you see your doctor or a dermatologist.
