It doesn't have the 7 day "reminder" pills. I didn't notice it at first. I am about to finish up my 2nd pack now. But like I said I didn't notice that there were only 3 weeks worth so when I was about to run out I refilled my Rx & kept taking the pills. Tonight I will take my last pill for this pack of pills. SHould I just not take the pills for the next 7 days since there are no "reminder" pills, or should I refil my Rx & keep taking the pills?? I really don't know what I should do.. So if someone could get back to me asap that'd be great!

Sounds like you have been given a 21 day pack and you are used to using a 28 day pack.
When using the 21 day pack, you need to take a break for 7 days.
from http://www.drugs.com/cg/birth-control-pills.html
# If your pills are packaged in a 21-day pack, take one pill from the pack every day. After you finish the 21-day pack, do not take any BCPs for the next seven days. You will have your period during the seven days off the pill. Start a new pack on day eight.
# If your pills are packaged in a 28-pack, take one pill from the pack every day. The last seven pills in the 28-day pack are usually a different color than the rest of the pills. You may start a new pack after finishing the old one.
The 28 day packs of birth control pills were created with 7 inactive "sugar pills" so as to make the remembering part easier. If you have a preference for the 21 or 28 day pack you should let your doctor and pharmacist know.

Thank you so much! I am used to using the 28 day pack. I will deffinatly take your advice. I know it sounded pretty dumb, but I had never used the 21 day pack before. Thanks again.
