Most laryngitis is treated with rest and perhaps antibiotics if a throat culture comes back positive. Avoid talking to rest the throat but be sure you see a doctor in case it is strep throat.
Methylprednisolone is an anti inflammatory and I do not know if it would work for this. We are not doctors on this site, so you will receive information from various people.

I have been on Cimzia for three month (RA). In the last two weeks have continuous upper respiratory?
