Methimazole - can I go back to my job as a butcher on this drug?

I do not see a problem on the surface. Be careful as sometimes this drug can affect the platelets and white blood cells. (This is a less common but a serious side effect) If you get cut you could bleed excessively. So keep with you some Kotex pads with you, if you cut yourself the bleeding will stop quickly.

Im on Methimazole for a thyroid problems and have not smoked any drugs of any kind?
