i am experiencing a lot of gastric upset and sometimes vomiting especialy after food this has only happened recently i have been taking mtx for 11 months i live in spain and info is hard to get will milk thistle help

So you're taking methotrexate for psoriasis. I've used it for RA for years. What is your question regarding milk thistle? It appears there should be no problem with using the two. Here is a link with information on possible benefits.
